Orioles limit Ponies down the stretch for win

The dozen points that Monticello managed in the second half were not enough to put a dent in the 33 put up by Argyle.

That gave the boys team an impressive 61-29 win in the Six Rivers finale. The Orioles finished 8-10 in league play for third place and 10-14 overall as they head into the post season.

Deacon Kuebli poured in 23 points to lead the Orioles and Braydon Slater added 10. The Orioles saw 10 players score.

Hunter Grossen reached double figures for the Ponies with 12 points.
